Well, for anyone with me still on their friend's list, I haven't used this since November but hey everyone with my lj is back in Fl and I'm here in Sin City. It's pretty boring for now on account that I dont know anyone but I start work tommorow at DQ and school starts August 24. I'm still in this damn hotel. I hopefully move into my house by the end of the month. I've been focussing on guitar more, and hopefully I'll have a set made up soon. Almost all my songs I write are in storage and I wont get it for like 2 months which sucks cuz my best work is there. I have a site for my music now: www.myspace.com/danbandana. Yes I'm being called Dan Ban Dana now because everyone associated Smokin Okun with marijuana. That and I dont want everyone knowing my last name. I'll have some mp3s on the site soon that I'm recording here in the hotel with my digital 8-track. I'm staying clean here. Not doing any stupid stuff like I did back in Florida. I want to stay out of trouble.

I've also been spending alot of time studying the Kebra Nagast (Rastafarian bible), and it has been utmost inspiring. And for those who think Rasta is all about the holy plant, do your homework before you ridicual me. It hardly mentions it. It's all about peace, love, and unity. And for those who think I'm turning on my roots, wrong again. It is a branch of Judaism. Think of the Kebra Nagast as the sixth book of Moses.

Have you ever thought about someone so much that when you try to do things you can't because they're always on your mind? Like you can't concentrate on anything but that person? I can't wait till I get out of this fucking place. That's why i want to graduate early. Everyday I wonder if it would be worth it to see if I should go to court to try to get my uncle to obtain custudy of me. I can't live like this anymore. Getting screamed at and threatened every fucking day. I don't even do shit to deseve it. And it's both of them.

Now I can't have a band. I ask my mom to drive me to rehearsal saturday at 2, yes saturday when all they do is sit on their fat asses not doing shit. They have to go screaming at me, literally screaming, because it's right in the middle of their day. I told them that the bassist could only have it then because his mom works and my dad goes "what about me?" You don't work on weekends you stupid shit!

Then after my mom finally says yes, I ask my dad if I can uise his equipment after he told me I can a few days ago and he says absolutely not. I ask why and he goes yelling about how I take all his stuff. Meanwhile the only things I ever use is what he tells me I can before i evenb ask permission. Now i don't use anything of his except for an amp that he's never used, but ofcourse he gets mad about that too, so I gotta stop.

I can't take it anymore. I don't know what to do. If the court hearing doesn't go through, I'll never have a life cuz i'll be grounded till i can move out. I am old enough to where if I want to move out, I can, but is it worth leaving all my friends and orchestra and everything??? I may be able to move into my Uncle's house in Chicago if I really need to. I am just done with this whole fucking thing. I hate livving such a shitty life. Everytime something good happens in my life, they make up for the happiness by screaming at me till I can't even smile at humor.

Life sucks. It seems no matter what I do, I can't get him back. I did something life I've never done before. I pulled Dan aside, trying to get away from the tons of people, and said "You're most likely going to get really pissed off at me for this..but....forgive me..." And I kissed him. Plain out, no second thoughts, just kissed him. When we pulled apart...I looked at him...and he went in for another kiss....When we pulled away again....he said "I don't know Ashleigh." It was then I realized my mistake..I walked/ran off...up the stairs and to Geometry again. And now I'm sitting here in the same room as Ricky writing this...trying not to cry because I'm in class.
